1. The Promoter
1.1 This promotion (the “Offer”) is provided by Games Workshop Limited (“GW”) of Willow Road, Lenton, Nottingham, NG7 2WS, UK, +44 (0)115 914 0000.
2. Eligibility
2.1) To qualify for this Offer, you must:
a) be an eligible user of the GW web store (https://www.warhammer.com/home?slug=home );
b) have a ‘My Warhammer’ account; and
c) be subscribed to the GW email newsletter mailing list.
2.2. Participants must be subscribed to the GW email newsletter mailing list on the 26th March 2024. Unsubscribing before or on the 26th March 2024 10:00 am UK time will render a participant ineligible to receive a £10 Black Library discount code (“Discount Code”) under this Offer.
2.3. Participants must purchase through their ‘My Warhammer’ account (i.e. purchases made through the guest checkout function do not qualify).
3. The Offer
3.1 Place an order of at least the Qualifying Order Value from the Warhammer.com web store (https://www.warhammer.com/home?slug=home ) between 10:00 (UK time) 26th March 2024 and 9:59 (UK time) 29th April 2024 inclusive to receive a £10 Black Library Discount Code valid to spend before the 15th July 2024.
“Qualifying Order Value” means equal to or greater than the value set out below corresponding to the currency applicable to your basket on the Games Workshop web store. Shipping charges, subscriptions to White Dwarf magazine and purchases of virtual vouchers do not qualify towards the spending thresholds.
3.2. A participant must use the same email address for both their MyWarhammer account and their GW email newsletter subscription for their purchases to be counted under this Offer.
3.3. The cumulative value of orders placed through each eligible purchaser’s ‘My Warhammer’ account will be calculated to determine the value of Discount Code (if any) due under this Offer. Cumulative order value excludes shipping charges, subscriptions to White Dwarf magazine and purchases of virtual vouchers. For example, a qualifying purchaser who placed separate orders of £30, £30 and £40 between 10:00 UK time 26th March 2024 and 9:59 UK time 29th April 2024 would have a cumulative order total of £100 and receive the Discount Code.
3.4. Please be aware that the Qualifying Spend applies per currency. This means that if you place an order (or orders) where you are purchasing products in more than one currency, this will count towards separate Discount Codes which will be issued depending on the cumulative value of orders placed in each relevant currency. For example, if you place an order for £50 worth of qualifying products, together with an order for $80 worth of qualifying products, this will (subject to any other qualifying criteria) not entitle the customer to the Discount Code.
3.5. Products which are purchased and then returned do not qualify.
3.6. This Offer is limited to purchases of products from the GW web store (https://www.warhammer.com/home?slug=home ) only (excluding shipping charges, subscriptions to White Dwarf magazine and purchases of virtual vouchers). It does not include purchases made on the Warhammer Merchandise or Black Library web stores.
3.7. Purchases through web terminals in GW retail stores are included, but any Discount Codes issued can only be redeemed on https://www.blacklibrary.com/ .
3.8. This Offer is valid from 10:00 UK time 26th March 2024 and 9:59 UK time 29th April 2024.
3.9. Where the period for this Offer overlaps with the period for the Stormcast Knight Arcanum Mordern Tzane Promotion, a single order can qualify for both promotions provided it meets all the applicable conditions for each promotion. The value of the order will count for both promotions and the spending thresholds for each promotion are not cumulative.
4. Discount Code Redemption
4.1. Discount Codes provided as part of this promotion will be sent by email on or around the 3rd May 2024.
4.2. Discount Codes issued under this Offer:
a) must be redeemed by 23.59 (UK time) on 15th July 2024 and will expire thereafter;
b) can only be redeemed against products on https://www.blacklibrary.com/ ; and
c) cannot be used for purchasing virtual vouchers.
4.3. There is no cash alternative.
4.4. GW is not responsible for any Discount Codes which are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
5. General
5.1. All orders are placed subject to GW’s Terms and Conditions of Sale (https://www.warhammer.com/legal#Terms%20and%20Conditions%20of%20Sale ).
5.2. GW staff are eligible for the Offer and Discount Code value will be calculated based on the amount actually spent at checkout (post-discount value).
5.3. Offer excludes purchases made on the web store by business customers.
5.4. GW reserves the right at its discretion to vary any of these Terms and Conditions or suspend or withdraw the Offer at any time without notice. In such an event, GW will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes.
