We hope that using our website is nice and simple and that you will be able to find whatever you are looking for. However if you do need some help then hopefully this page and those listed on the left menu will assist you.
Finding products
Above you will see a red bar with a number of categories to choose, from Warhammer 40,000 to our Exclusive Products ranges. Some of these categories have sub-categories which focus on particular titles within the range, giving you a quick way to look for titles on a particular subject.
Alternatively if you know the title of the books you are looking for simply type this, or part of it, into the search box at the top of each page and press "Go" to bring up all books which match. If you are finding you get no results this may be because you are using too many words, try keeping what you search for as simple as possible.
However if you aren't sure you may wish to use the sitemap to look for a particular section, all of our key areas are organised in a handy listed there to help you find what you are looking for.
If all else fails then get in touch with us and we will try our very best to help, and we always welcome feedback as it is likely you won't be the only person to have difficulty.
Ordering products
Anywhere you see a "Buy Now" or "Preorder" button you can click on that to add the product to your basket. This will automatically refresh the page and your basket summary will change to show that another product has been added to your basket.
Our forthcoming products have "Remind me" buttons which allow you to request a reminder when it is released. Simply fill in your name and email address to have an email sent to you as soon as we make the products available to purchase.
Any product within our Archive has sold out and will not be returning to stock.
