Frequently Asked Questions

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Hi there,

Below are some common questions asked about the Black Library website and how it interacts with the Warhammer Digital website. We hope you find the answers you’re looking for, but if you don’t, please drop us an email to [email protected]

Q. Now that Warhammer Digital has is a separate website, what happens to my account on blacklibrary.com?
Your account will remain completely as it was – with the added bonus that you can also use it to login on warhammerdigital.com too! That’s right, your current account details can be used on both Black Library and Warhammer Digital. There is no need to make a new account.

Q. Can I use the same account to log in on both warhammerdigital.com and blacklibrary.com?
Yes you can! If you already had an account on blacklibrary.com you can also use it on warhammerdigital.com. In fact, all of your downloads will be available from your ‘My Account’ section on both websites.

Q. Can I add items to my basket from both websites and check out once?
Afraid not. Whilst the sites share account login details, they don’t share baskets so you’ll have to check out separately on each website.

Q. I’ve had an account on blacklibrary.com for a while now, how will I still access my downloads and view orders?
Good news! All of your downloads will be available in your ‘My Account’ section on both websites. So whichever one you log in to, you’ll be able to see and access both Black Library and Warhammer Digital downloads.

Q. I’ve made a lot of purchases on blacklibrary.com. What will happen to all of my downloads?
You will still have full access to all of you downloads, whether you log in on blacklibrary.com or warhamerdigital.com. Your ‘My Downloads’ section will remain exactly the same.

Q. Can you tell me what the format icons displayed below products in categories represent?
Of course! There are three icons, to help you quickly spot what format(s) a title is available in.
There is a tablet to represent eBook/digital format, an open book to represent physical/printed book formats and a set of headphones to represent audio formats - this will include both MP3 and CD options.
If these icons are highlighted in red, then that format is available for that particular title.
When you then view the product page, the available formats will be listed above the 'Add to Basket' button. Simply click the format you'd like to purchase and then add it to your basket.

Q. What is 'Print on Demand'?
Sometimes novels we haven't made for a while become available to order for a limited period. These products can be found in the 'Print on Demand' section. Once you have ordered your titles they can take up to 56 days to be printed and dispatched. You will receive a dispatch email when they leave, so you know they are on the way.
