THE STORY

My first review, but I have most of the Audio Drama's. All I can say is the story and action is epic. It translates very well into an audiobook, clear, easy to follow and the gravitas is truly epic. Garth Armstrong delivers with panache, voices are sufficiently different and unique to be easily differentiated and recognised (not sure about two specific accents, but don't want to give spoilers away). Dan Abnett delivers as usual, no surprises there. The Heresy series is really enriched by this story. I particularly enjoyed a specific "scene" where a marine charges some cultists with a standard!
