This is more brilliant writing from Graham McNeill The insight into the methods of siege and the way the perspective seamlessly flips from the iron warriors to whoever they happen to be fighting is truly masterful. My only criticism is that without reading the ultramarine stories the plot makes little to no sense but fills the gaps in the story magnificently
