Reiksguard - a good reading

It's a good book with a nice and interesting story, the way it's written really keeps you clutched to its pages. Everything from the very training of the Reiksguard to their fighting is realistic and exciting, and throughout the whole book you can just feel that spirit of knightly brotherhood. You will like this book if you're a fan of heavy armored knights on their mounts who are charging at their enemies furiously and without any fear. Just imagine that unstoppable force thundering down the field!

this was my first book in the empire series and I enjoyed it very much , although i thought the beginning was a little slow it turned into an action packed , none stop adventure with lots of action and thrills , with the fighting realistic you can really fall in the shoes of the Reiksgaurd knights !!

Amazing how in this book real combat stands are used, It reminds me a bit about Talhoffer, this is a must for every reader
