A new Gotrek & Felix story available only as an audiobook on CD
Gotrek and Felix are in the port city of Marienburg when they stumble across a mysterious golden bracelet. Little do they realise that this is the very trinket dedicated to Stromfels – the ancient and evil Storm God – and he wants it back!
Our two heroes are attacked by the god’s minions and the bracelet is taken from them, but a stubborn and determined Gotrek refuses to relinquish it without a fight. Venturing deep into the Marienburg marshes in pursuit of the thieves, Gotrek and Felix find themselves confronting the embodiment of the Storm God himself…

nice filler

why get a stand alone ministory when you can get one w/audio effects and solid voice acting? only downer for me was that "gotrek's voice" wasn't a bit deeper; otherwise, awesome

ummm not as good. a good bridge gap but more voices different actors would have been nice but hopefully they can do more Warhammer Fantasy Audio a bit to short but its ok.
The Old World brought to life
Rated 3 out of 5 by Brother Endeavour
I have not read a Gotrek and Felix story since one of the early issues of Inferno!, which meant listening to Slayer of the Storm God was a welcome return for me to these two warriors of the Old World. The story is a solid adventure, nicely framed in between the duo's other exploits. There are also a few interesting revelations about Felix that will be of particular interest to fans of these characters. I liked the audio book format for this story and the music in particular brought Marienburg to life. A must for Gotrek and Felix fans, and recommended to those who like Warhammer generally also.
Thats a gap filled

A good link between Elf/ShamenSlayer books. Just let down by the 70 mins it took to listen. I would still get it again as it brings out things in Felix espcially that I'm sure Nathan Long will Shine more light on in future books. So it would have been a 4 but for the short time it left me feeling short changed
Very Nice

Entertaining and evocative. I'd like to see more of these, and more fantasy audio dramas in general.
